The nice lady on the phone answered quick and got all my info, she told me it would be 20-30 minutes until the driver got to me and he showed up 14 minutes after I got off the phone (Very quick and I was so grateful for that). Seth the driver was awesome, he was extremely nice and took care of everything. He was professional and we had great conversation while he worked. It took maybe 30 minutes in total. I am so grateful to AM/PM and especially to Seth who made the whole experience very stress free and easy.
